I'm the founder of Mafalda Martins Advogados – an office focused in the Client and his needs.

My experience is mostly international, in portuguese official language countries (Angola and Brazil).

Advisory services for foreign investment in Portugal (individual or corporate) and following up portuguese companies investing in Brazil, while of Counsel of Abreu Advogados, since January 2015 to May 2021;

Speecher in several international conferences related with Wealth Management;

Advisory in the scope of public hirings (telecommunications, infrastructures and transports) and legislation elaboration from the Govern point of view – while advisor for Public Works, Transports and Communications Minister;

Expertise in Corporate Governance, group companies coordination, best practices in governance;

Participation, while Millennium Legal Director, in huge projects in Angola like securing finance for Luanda Bay Reconstruction, negotiating with Angola Government; Cooperating with National Bank of Angola in the procedures definition and legislation;

Professional activity in information technologies, before and after the Brazilian Marco Civil law, internet portal, realtime technology, health care technology;

Experience while Compliance Officer;

Publication of articles in several brazilian newspapers and magazines about investments in Portugal.
